NGC Offers Limited-Edition Retro Holders

In celebration of its 25th anniversary, Numismatic Guaranty Corporation™ (NGC®), is offering a stunning limited-edition NGC Retro Holder and special label.

The unique limited-edition NGC Retro Holder and special label have been made available due to popular demand and will only be offered for a limited time. Not since they were issued for a brief time in 1987 has NGC made a black core available for encapsulating coins.

“This holder is reminiscent of our original holder used in 1987, featuring a sleek black core,” said Mark Salzberg, NGC chairman. “We couldn’t be more excited to make the NGC Retro Holder available to collectors and dealers.”

The new holders will be made available October 1 through December 31, 2012, to NGC Collectors Society members for the following coins only: Silver Eagles, Sacagawea Dollars and Presidential Dollars. Quantities of the NGC Retro Holder are limited for each coin type and are available only while quantities last.

There is no additional cost for NGC Collectors Society members to receive the holder.
