PNG Members Comment On New By-Laws Regarding Coin Doctoring

Coin doctoring is changing the appearance of a coin to deceive someone regarding its condition.

The Professional Numismatists Guild (PNG) is the oldest and largest organization of coin dealers in the US.

The organization adopted new by-laws regarding this practice as a way to better protect consumers.
